Chicago Nerd Social Club and Geek Bar Beta are proud to present: NERD-O-WEEN!
You read that right: For the first time ever, CNSC and Geek Bar will co-host CNSC’s annual nerdy Halloween celebration as a private event for Nerd-O-Ween guests only from 7pm-11pm at Geek Bar Beta.
Nerd-O-Ween will feature our popular annual costume contest, with prizes for Most Original, Best Mashup and Most Authentic Costumes this year. Judges and prizes TBD.
And since this is Geek Bar Beta, guests will have a change to try out Geek Bar Beta’s video game station, board game selection and comic book library, while nerdy Halloween entertainment is played on the bar’s big screen TV! Chef Tom Kern will have a special Nerd-O-Ween themed menu of tasty bites planned and Queen of Drinky Things Laura Green will keep the libations flowing with options ranging from the boozy to the non-alcoholic.
Cover charge for the event is $20 plus cash bar and food. Buy your tickets in advance and get a complimentary “Companion dish”! Advance ticket sales with complimentary dish end one week before the event, so get your tickets now!
